コンフォートフード アボカドトースト

It's the perfect post-workout pick-me-up—light enough to not weigh me down but the avocado gives it that squishy, savory satisfaction I crave. Honestly, I feel like I'm posing for a food shot every time I eat one.

I’ve been grabbing one after my morning workout and it hits that savory spot perfectly without weighing me down. The squishy texture is exactly what I want, and it feels light enough that I don’t crash an hour later.

The squish factor is spot on—light enough that I don’t feel weighed down, but it definitely kills that post-workout savory craving. It’s become my go-to for a quick bite that still feels a little indulgent.
