The community center storyline got my kids actually cheering for marshmallows mid-race, which is not something I expected from a snack. The hair detail is ridiculous in the best way, and it’s been our go-to Friday night treat ever since.

The marshmallows with the eighties hair are such a fun detail—my kid laughs every time they zoom down the slope. We’ve raced them against each other three times today, and the silly storyline actually makes the whole thing feel like a little movie.

The community-center storyline hooked me, but the 80s hair detail is what made me actually laugh out loud while reading it to my kids. We’ve already used it for two bedtime story sessions, and the racing premise keeps them engaged every time.
