I bought this for my niece’s birthday after she saw one at a friend’s house, and the little face is even cuter in person. She carries it around everywhere, and it’s held up great through all her hugging and dragging. Knowing it nods to recycling makes me feel a bit better about the purchase too.
It’s so soft and squishy, I’ve already got it perched on my desk just to look at that sweet face while I work. The fact that it’s tied to recycling and saving real turtles makes it feel way more meaningful than your average plush.
The little face on this sea turtle is what sold me—it's somehow both derpy and soulful, and the plush is soft enough that I've been squeezing it while I work. Knowing it's made from recycled materials makes it feel like a small win for the ocean every time I look at it.
